Rome, GA. The MMI men's cross-country team battled a tough course with windy conditions in their final 8k race of the 2021 regular season.  They were led by James Stover who finished with a time of 27:32. Daniel Gaffney finished second in a time of 28:38.  Tyler Malone was third in a time of 29:36, and he was followed by Jackson Gary (30:46) and Brennan Whalen (32:00).  Stover was also the first junior college runner to cross the finish line for the second week in a row with Wallace State CC and Walters State CC both competing in the meet.

The men will now turn their focus to the conference championships held at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama on Friday, October 29.
